Immature squirrel?

Every morning that squirrel knocks at my windows and demands its breakfast! I then give it some nuts and corn in ears. It goes well over a year. It never fails to know with his right paw, and demand its nuptials. When will this squirrel become a mature beast, find a job and start paying for its own breakfasts?Immature squirrel?
