I have a squirrel in my attic?

any advice on how to get ridd of the thingI have a squirrel in my attic?
They rent Have-a-heart traps at your local Home depot. Put some apple in one end and set the trap and no more squirrel. More importantly is how he got in?I have a squirrel in my attic?
The humane society told me to soak a rag in ammonia and put it in the attic (in a bowl or tub, of course).


I did it and I don't hear the squirrel anymore.

put rat poison in peanut butter and put it in your attic
lol awww put some nuts up there for the baby lmao
Fill several tin cans with mothballs and space them evenly throughout the attic. Worked in our 1957 house.
i know this wont work but its silly as hell.....take pictures of acorns and make a trail of them leading out of your attic in to the place you want him/her to go....LOL...might work..LOL

do you want to live trap or just get rid of it?


live trap, you can get a trap from a farm supply store, bait it with peanut butter and whole peanuts and usually get them in a day


just to get rid of it use a rat trap baited the same way, be careful tho with this method, if they fall down between the walls that could get smelly

You could call your local animal shelter in your area and ask them to set up one of those humane traps. That would get him out of there with no problem and it wouldn't hurt the poor little guy.

you might not love the smell either but it will get rid of the squirrels :)
call the animal control. and go in your attic and patch any holes that it could have gotten in to
Go get a homeless guy off the corner. They're experts at that sort of thing!

put poison in the attic on sum food leave it up there for it to eat it and when it dies throw it out
Once there was a squirrel in my aunts attic.My dad and I went over..He went into the closet close to the ceiling.He put some nuts (I think walnuts.It can be peanuts)leading down to the floor of the closet.It was gonna work but my dad scared it away.Then my dad took the broom.(uh oh)Then he accidentally killed the squirrel hitting it with the broom like 1 million times.

Put a tiger in your attic, they are the ';in'; thing these days.
put peanut butter in a box that closes when the squirrel goes in and set him outside please don't try to kill him god bless and hope this works it did for me!
