she's kinda cute. But she's not a natural beauty. Without makeup artist she rather plain. however I've seen pictures of her that make her look very good. but like most of Hollywood its all smoke and mirrors. Just do a Image search on Yahoo for Pamela Segall.
As for her voice actress skills. she a good actress but her range is very limited you can always figure its her.
