Squirrels on apt. premises damage my car, who is responsible? Me or the leasing office?

Squirrels have damaged my car and the cars of my neighbors in my apartment complex. The squirrels reside on the premises so they continually cause damage (tear apart side view mirror casings). Who is responsible to pay for the damages in this case?Squirrels on apt. premises damage my car, who is responsible? Me or the leasing office?
I would contact a solicitor. A sharply-worded letter to the squirrels threatening legal action for damages will certainly get their attention.

I would also think the leasing office would issue an eviction notice if enough people complain.Squirrels on apt. premises damage my car, who is responsible? Me or the leasing office?
Haha, you think you're all so funny, but it just goes to show how many people are deluded. This is a case of a nuisance on the premises. Per to the insur. agent, the first incidence is covered under the car's comprehrensive. After written notice, further incidents are the apt complex's liability.

Dude, get real. You're totally responsible for what happens to your car. That's like a deer running out in front of your car and you sueing the highway for the damages. They have no control over wild animals.

If you're so angry about it, do something about it yourself, just don't harm them.
Check with the squirrels to see if they have insurance coverage. Read your lease where it talks about parking. Does it say anything about squirrel free parking? If not, the leasing office is not responsible for wild animals. Who does that leave? You are responsible.
Go over to the Squirrels apartment, and beat the H*** out of them. That should solve your problem.
you are, the leasing agent has no control over wild animals.
trap them and maybe put vaseline where they are climbing.put nuts at the office every day.
